of Invitation The International Forum on Innovation in Transportation (FIT 2008) is only open to invitation bearers . Anyone can ask for having a free invitation to the FIT 2008 forum by writing a request to the organizer (cf. invitation request) . FIT 2008 guests are welcome during the period they booked for, free of charge . However are not supplied or supported : - catering expenditures (low fare on site) - entrance tikets to the Le Mans Circuit for those wishing to attend the evening practice sessions . Guests are warned that only ACO official retailers are allowed to sell Circuit tikets . Guests are informed that during the two days of the Forum special offers to get access to the Le Mans Circuit are available, starting from 23 Euros for one practice session to 62 Euros for the "Enceintes générales" ticket allowing to attend both practice sessions and the whole 24 hours race during the week-end. . To know more about access tarrifs, among which preferential access exist, guests are requested to visit the numerous sections of the ACO website : Tarifs ACO Site ACO . People wanting to attend the conference room without invitation must ask the organizer, which one can allow them to come in depending on the number of available seats left by guests . Guests are informed that during lectures and debates might be taken pictures and videos by the organizer and invited media that might be published and/or webcasted and /or broadcasted afterward. . Guests must know that by being invited they renounce all rights upon the pictures and videos that might be taken and diffused afterward by the organizer and the invited media . Non media guests that would take pictures cannot publish them, especialy on the internet, without getting clearance from the organizer . Non media guests that would like to take moving pictures (video) cannot proceed on shooting without a prerequisite clearance by the organizer . Forum organizers decline all responsability for any adverse outcome resulting from partial or full cancellation of the Forum |
